OPERATION

The ultrasonic generator converts the electric current from 220V 50Hz into ultrasonic energy at 25 KHz to power the ultrasonic transducers. The transducer produces an elastic distortion by following the alternating voltage, resulting in longitudinal mechanical vibration that creates a cavitation effect in the titanium alloy probe submerged in the solution. This generates numerous microbubbles that release significant energy at the probe tip, causing intense shaking and vibration of the sample.
